A graduate of the University of Virginia, Haley earned her Bachelor of Arts in Global Development Studies with a concentration in legal studies and political theory. Her studies emphasized writing, policy research, American government, and legal concepts, providing her with a strong foundation for her legal career.

During college, Haley gained hands-on experience through two part-time legal assistant positions, including work at a local law office. There, she supported the managing partner with legal drafting, deed recording, notarizations, and administrative tasks that improved efficiency and client service. These roles honed her organizational skills and deepened her interest in the legal profession.

At Norton Health Law, Haley assists in the firm’s core practice areas of estate planning, estate administration, and consumer health law. She is known for her professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to helping clients navigate complex legal matters. Haley approaches each case with empathy and a solutions-oriented mindset, believing that “empathy and a positive outlook go a long way.”

Outside of her professional work, Haley enjoys dance, photography, outdoor activities, and traveling. She was a member of the University Dance Club and continues to pursue creative outlets alongside her legal career.
