Ms. Norton deserves five stars and your business. Like most people, every time I’ve hired an attorney, something vital to me was at risk.
From some of those experiences, I learned that some lawyers either do not love their work or care about their clients. Ms. Norton cares. She puts her heart into her work and has the credentials and serious legal skills to back it up. I would never consider asking anyone else to help with health-related legal issues or to protect me or someone I love during our senior years!

I had a severe burn to one of my fingers which according to the ER doctor required immediate transfer to a hospital with a trauma burn unit. I was admitted, had surgery and was released. I got a bill from the hospital for $42k and my insurance company declined payment. After many calls to the insurance company it came to the point that they said they wouldn’t talk to me any longer but only to my attorney. Beth Norton and her staff did a tremendous job winning my appeal with disability insurance having to go through a claim file over 7500 pages and documenting my complex medical history in a clear and concise manner as it related to both my existing and ongoing treatment. I came to Beth Norton Health Law at my wits end. My health insurance was denying me the Proton Radiation Therapy that my doctors said was the only kind I should have, claiming it “wasn’t medically necessary”. I had exhausted all the internal appeals through the Insurance Co. The next option, that is your right to have, is to request an External Review outside of the insurance Co. Beth is very knowledgeable about the External Review process, and thank goodness I had her to speak on my behalf! Beth was kind, empathetic and listened to everything I presented to her. And I brought EVERYTHING for her to review. Beth’s presentation to the Board of Insurance was researched with articles about my type of cancer and a POWERFUL letter stating why the denial should be overturned. And it was!!!! It’s scary to have a doctor you don’t know deciding your quality of life. Having Beth Norton in your corner is your best chance to getting the care you need and deserve. Thanks Beth. Beth Norton helped me and my brother navigate my father’s estate after his passing. We had no idea where to start and she stepped right in and guided us through the entire process.
