Roseanne M. Yowell
Business and Case Manager
Roseanne Yowell is excited to join Norton Health Law, PC as a Business and Case Manager leaning on her 25 years of experience developing strong client relationships and providing a comprehensive approach to financial and life care management to an aging population.
Prior to joining Norton Health Law, Roseanne operated as an independent consultant offering planning and organization expertise and effective problem-solving skills to clients needing assistance with long-term financial planning, estate development and management, and extended health-care and end-of-life plans. Working with her clients and their families, Roseanne developed proactive strategies for her clients to age-in-place or to successfully transition to skilled care. Wherever her clients’ care was delivered, Roseanne ensured her clients received high-level care and were able to age with dignity and maximal independence.
Recognizing many people struggle with financial obligations and decision-making needs as they age and therefore need a trusted advocate, Roseanne provides fiduciary services to her clients, including serving as agent under powers of attorney, serving as executor of clients’ estates, and acting as representative payee to manage clients’ Social Security benefits. She ensures her client’s needs are comfortably met while ensuring that their financial resources and legacies are optimally preserved. Roseanne helps coordinate routine financial, medical, and personal appointments, providing her clients with peace of mind that their needs will be met and their affairs well managed. Additionally, Roseanne serves as a liaison for clients and families while working with medical professionals, community resources, insurers, and financial planners, making often complicated matters easy to understand and resolve in a way that puts her clients’ interests and needs first.
Roseanne is excited to bring her experience and expertise to Norton Health Law, providing the firm’s clients with the benefit of her long-term approach to financial management, which is designed to ensure clients’ resources are preserved and there to support them and their needs for the rest of their lives. Roseanne holds a Health and Life & Long-Term Care License, and she carefully and patiently communicates with her clients to evaluate their needs and goals to develop tailored, client-centered life care plans. Roseanne’s life care plans and care management significantly eases the burden on her clients and their families associated with end-of-life care and decisions.
Roseanne is a life-long resident of Charlottesville and has developed deep relationships within this community. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, including her husband Scott and their children Mallory – recently sworn in as a Virginia State Police Trooper – and Nicholas – a Sophomore at James Madison University.
