India Whiting serves as Norton Health Law’s Intake Specialist and Legal Administrative Assistant. Known for never meeting a stranger, she has a natural ability to make people feel instantly comfortable, seen, and heard—qualities that make her an ideal first point of contact for the firm’s clients.

A native of the Charlottesville-Crozet area, India brings an extensive administrative background with a focus on patient care coordination, including work supporting hearing-impaired seniors. Her strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and exceptional customer service ensure that clients’ matters are handled with care, professionalism, and confidentiality.
India takes pride in helping new clients feel at ease and confident that their needs will be understood and addressed. She finds fulfillment in being part of a team dedicated to helping others and is committed to providing every client with compassionate support.

Outside of the office, India enjoys spending time with friends and family, discovering new restaurants, and catching up with her daughter, Makayla, who is currently in her first year at the University of Mary Washington. She also values her downtime at home, where she can relax and recharge.
