As our Client Relations Specialist and Director of Recruiting, Laura brings nearly 30 years of Business Development experience to her role with our legal team. She spent nearly two decades cultivating relationships and creating business solutions in the real estate industry as a Corporate Leader for Howard Hanna Real Estate Services. Her value to the Howard Hanna organization was recognized in 2016 when she earned the Founder’s Award, which honors one individual in the region annually for his or her role in embracing the spirit by which the company was founded.  Additionally, she successfully ran her own business as an independent contractor for a decade, receiving numerous awards and accolades for the volume of business she was able to generate and service due to her focus on building lifelong client relationships.

Laura is intimately acquainted with the demands of a fast-paced business that requires timely response, client-centric mindset, solution-oriented philosophy, uncompromised quality of service, attention to detail, collaboration amongst team members, and systematic approach to generate efficiency and clear communication of responsibility for getting the job done. She knows what it means to develop ‘clients for life’ and is committed to her role in creating lasting relationships by reflecting the mission of the firm in ‘promoting wellness through the law’ in her interactions each and every day.

Laura graduated Cum Laude from The College of William and Mary before completing her Masters and Ed.S. degrees in Counseling Psychology from James Madison University. She and her husband, Brad, have a son, Braden, who attends Virginia Tech as a Biosystems Engineering student. When she is not working to assist her valued clients, she is an avid sports fan and enjoys watching all college athletic events with her son and husband. While her son and husband are diehard Eagles fans, she is a Cowboys fan and is still waiting for the Cowboys to return to their glory days. She loves singing and still considers herself a cheerleader for life, having cheered in both high school and college.
